If you have an Ultimate Fan Package, you will pick up your included Merchandise from the Ultimate Lounge. The location and hours of the Ultimate Lounge can be found HERE.
Note that all merchandise must be picked up in person at the event. We are unable to ship merchandise, nor can we give refunds for merchandise that was not picked up, regardless of reason.
